We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our women’s clothing boutique. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fashion, helping women feel beautiful. Excellent at building customer relationships, and skilled in sales and retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for style, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience and work as a team. This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will directly contribute to the boutique’s success.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, including offering styling advice and upselling relevant items
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features for technical or specialty clothing items
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store remains visually appealing
- Restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, and monitor inventory levels for replenishment needs
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or boutique environments would be an asset
- Strong communication skills and a warm welcoming smile
- organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours, including week days, weekends and evenings is required. Candidate will be required to work at both our Southwest and Northwest locations. Your own transportation is a must.

- Competitive compensation starting at $16.00 per hour, with an increase to $20.00 per hour after one year of successful employment
