Job Description: We are seeking professional, efficient, and energetic Event Bartenders to join our hospitality team. Our venue hosts high-volume, weddings, galas, and corporate events. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Deliver upscale, attentive, and professional beverage service to all event guests.
- Efficient Execution: Mix, pour, and serve a standard menu of cocktails, beer, and wine quickly and accurately while maintaining strict portion controls.
- Bar Operations: Manage the complete setup, stocking, and end-of-night teardown of bar stations according to specific event layouts.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly enforce Ontario Smart Serve standards by monitoring guest consumption and consistently verifying legal drinking age.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and well-organized bar environment throughout the duration of the event.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification: Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume banquet hall, busy restaurant, or event venue is preferred.
- Technical Skill: Strong foundational knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wine service, and draft systems.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and a team-first attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 30 lbs (ice, liquor cases etc).
- Availability: Consistent availability for weekend, evening, and holiday event schedules as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 48.0 per week
