*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea, and light snacks to our customers. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Duties* - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages following company recipes - Operate coffee machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare other drinks - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Take customer orders accurately and process payments - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering their questions - Upsell products and suggest additional items to customers - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations *Experience* - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions If you are a team player with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee, we encourage you to apply for the Barista position with us.
