Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team in Burnaby, BC. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience as a Journeyman, with a solid background in commercial HVAC systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective solutions and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and education on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently
- 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman HVAC Technician.
- Red Seal Certification in HVAC Systems
