We're an established podcast production studio, looking to add another editor to our team to help produce quality work for our clients. Duties include:
- Dialogue editing: Reduce filler words, stumbles, unfinished thoughts, mistakes and long pauses while paying attention to natural pacing.
- Episode finalization: Adding intro/outro/ads according to template, processing for noise/echo reduction when needed, balancing levels, exporting finished MP3.
- Use of Descript for social media clips and show notes.
Projects are streamlined and simple. Quality work, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines are a must.
Schedule is flexible, most ideal candidate would have 2-4 hours available daily between 8a-11pm EST but meeting deadlines is all that matters.
