Overview:
Reports to Lead Accounting and Administrative Supervisor provides a range of support to the operations at UP Vertical Farms. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Sales Supervisor to join our team. This dual-role position requires a combination of administrative skills and the ability to do marketing for the company and promote the brand. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative functions and should have have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, managing, planning, implementing, overseeing, and supporting all unit activities related to the Administrative Department.
- Developing content and documentation for the business and archiving all documents electronically.
- Will monitor and manage purchase receipts and invoices
- Planning, tracking, and purchasing various office, administrative and marketing supplies
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies
- Assist in budget preparation and expense control
- Manages and maintains the work schedule and tasks for all staff and workers under supervision.
- Improve sales by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner and working with our sales and marketing partner.
- Coordinating events and conferences.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and documents.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Supporting sales initiatives with marketing activities and materials.
Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role and Sales is preferred.
- BC Residents only.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

- Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment-Valid BC Driver’s license; use of personal vehicle for office purpose may be required
- Proficiency in utilizing databases for tracking grants and other information
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML5, and SEO
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
