Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized industry while working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Respond to emails and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with troubleshooting administrative issues and improving office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and organize documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required.
Qualifications
- Strong computer, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Quick learner who adapts well to new systems and challenges.
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous administrative experience is an asset but not required. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the payments industry or familiarity with payment gateways is considered a strong asset.
