As a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator at our St-Laurent, Quebec office, you will be working under the direction of the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for creating sales tools such as sell sheets and new product announcements in both English and French, coordinating ad bookings and supporting regional tradeshows. You will work with various internal departments to complete your work as well as build relationships with external partners. In addition, you will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for assigned tasks, actively participate in education/training to increase job knowledge, and maintain up to date documentation as required/assigned. There will be plenty more marketing related tasks and projects required as our company continues to grow.

The Candidate

You have previous marketing experience in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy being busy. You have a naturally creative mindset with an eye for detail, strong organization skills, and communication skills both written and verbal in both English and French. Bonus points if you have experience with translation work and/or managing social media accounts for new and established brands.

Prior industry knowledge of marketing strategies and consumer package goods (CPG) is an asset. Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office software applications is required. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for marketing to expand their industry knowledge.
