Diverge Transport, BC is hiring a Commercial Transport Technician/Mechanic to help keep the region’s trucks rolling. You'll work with the latest in heavy-duty truck technology, including peterbuilt , all makes, and a range of powertrains—diesel.
Relocation assistance is available.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive heavy truck and trailer repairs
- Conduct BC CVIP truck and trailer inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot using advanced guided diagnostic software
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
- Repair and maintain all make of heavy trucks and trailers including, diesel, hydrogen, and electric trucks
- Maintain and manage your own set of professional tools
What You Bring
- Red Seal Journeyman (Commercial Transport) preferred
- Also open to automotive mechanics as well
- BC CVIP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid experience in heavy truck and trailer repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality
