Hot Tub Service Technician
We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Hot Tub Service Technician to join our field service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with tools, and delivering great customer service while working outdoors and on the road.
What You’ll Do:
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair hot tubs and related equipment
- Perform water care including cleaning and chemical balancing
- Inspect systems and determine required repairs
- Use hand and power tools to complete service work
- Communicate with customers and explain work performed
- Keep accurate service and parts records
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Experience in equipment repair or hot tub/pool service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently in the field and contribute to a team environment
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Lift and move heavy equipment, covers, and components
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions (including winter)
- Work in tight mechanical spaces and around water systems
- Drive between multiple job sites throughout the day
- Handle pool and spa chemicals safely and responsibly
Schedule & Pay:
- $23/hour starting wage, with performance-based increases
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Year-round, full-time work (no seasonal shutdowns)
