About the role
We’re looking for a Long Haul Transportation Manager (bilingual) to join our growing team! This is a strategic role with a national scope and will be instrumental in driving change for our organization and supporting our growth in the industry.
Reporting to the Director of Long Haul Transportation, Specialty lines, you would join the National Claims Specialty team and oversee the work of our dedicated adjusters and analysts and technically support the regional Units.

What you’ll do here:
Champion the company’s vision and values

What you bring to the table:
An experienced expert in the management of people and teams
Able to build trust, be adaptable, communicate effectively, and work autonomously
Skilled at leading with initiative and thinking strategically
Highly capable in complex litigation management
An expert in creating business-oriented openness and values-driven environment
Holding (or plan to obtain in the short term) the required certifications from Quebec’s Insurance regulatory
Skilled and knowledgeable (5 years or more) in insurance contract analysis, particularly insurance Long haul transportation (Casualty, Bodily injuries, Cargo)
Fully bilingual—English and French—both written and verbal
Skilled, trained or have a background in Legal (asset)
