Landscape Foreman, Oakville & Burlington

What You'll Do
- Lead a crew across residential and commercial sites, setting the pace and owning the outcome
- Oversee garden maintenance, sodding, plant installations, and seasonal cleanups
- Transition your crew into winter snow removal operations, including plowing, salting, and site management for contracted properties
- Represent the company on site and manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence
- Conduct quality checks before leaving every property so nothing is left unfinished
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Report on crew performance, job progress, and client feedback to management
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3+ years of experience leading a landscaping crew
- Strong horticultural knowledge and genuine passion for the trade
- Experience with, or willingness to lead, snow removal operations (a strong asset)
- Valid G licence with a clean driving record, required
- A calm, professional communicator who can navigate difficult client conversations with confidence
- Mechanically capable with landscaping equipment and power tools
- Someone who sets the bar higher rather than settling for the minimum
