Sales Consultant
Mission
As a Sales Consultant, you will manage relationships with our clients in a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive self-starter who can effectively multitask while identifying opportunities to expand Extendicare's presence in the local community and build strong prospective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Creatively identify potential sales leads.
Build and maintain a well-developed lead database.
Meet and exceed occupancy sales targets.
Establish yourself as a resident-focused leader within the local community.
Contribute to high levels of resident satisfaction.
Demonstrate and uphold Extendicare's values while encouraging others to do the same.
Collaboration

Community Outreach and Marketing
Actively promote the retirement residence through outreach initiatives, marketing activities, tours, and the coordination of events that showcase the residence as a preferred choice.

Customer Experience
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related service-industry field.
Minimum of two (2) years of direct sales experience with demonstrated success.
Strong customer-focused and relationship-building sales experience.
Proficiency with common business applications, including CRM systems.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local community as required.
