Responsibilities
- Garden bed installation and renovation
- Planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
- Mulching, edging, and soil preparation
- Pruning and garden maintenance
- Installing decorative stone, gravel, and landscape features
- Assisting with small hardscape projects
- Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape enhancement or garden installation experience
- Knowledge of plants, shrubs, and garden design principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
