About the Role
Bodega is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Line Cook to join our Back of House team, working primarily on the pasta station. This role is essential in delivering the delicious, consistent dishes our guests love. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, has a strong work ethic, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Execute dishes on the pasta station with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Follow recipes and direction from the Chef and Chef de Partie
- Prepare a variety of traditional Italian and classic dishes with care and attention
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of BOH kitchen experience (required)
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Open availability for day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Culinary school graduates without prior work experience are encouraged to apply
