Deveraux Apartment Communities, part of the Deveraux Group of Companies, is a progressive and award-winning property management company with a growing portfolio of newly constructed apartment communities across Western Canada. With the growth of the Deveraux Group of Companies in Alberta, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader to oversee our Edmonton portfolio of best-in-class apartment communities. With close to 800 apartment units operational and more under development, the successful candidate will ultimately oversee rental operations of over 1500 apartment units in Edmonton.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will report to the Vice President Operations – Leasing and Property Administration and be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of Deveraux Apartment Communities in Edmonton. Your key objectives will be to maintain all properties to the highest standard, motivate your team to offer quality service, and provide a value-added living experience for residents. Key metrics of performance will be employee engagement, property condition, retention, and occupancy, as well as leasing velocity at new properties.
