Job Summary
BB Belleza is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence, primarily across Instagram and TikTok, with occasional YouTube content.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than simply post content — the ideal candidate understands social media strategy, trends, branding, engagement and how to create content that generates interest and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy and content calendar
- Create, edit and post Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social content
- Attend 1–2 in-person filming/content days per month at our clinic to capture monthly content
- Manage Instagram and TikTok, with occasional YouTube content
- Stay current with trends, sounds and content opportunities
- Write engaging captions and calls-to-action
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with email marketing campaigns as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
- Experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a business or brand
- Strong short-form video filming and editing skills
- Able to independently bring new content ideas and strategies to the table
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics, skincare or medical spa treatments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing is an asset
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
Compensation: $600–$900/month depending on experience and agreed scope.
