Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Ryder Insurance Brokers Ltd. Is seeking an experienced and career-minded full-time Personal Lines Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities:
· Manage an existing book of business by developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs
· Analyze client’s existing policies and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal coverage
· Obtain quotes from multiple insurance carriers to provide competitive options to existing clients and prospects
· Prepare and present policy proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and benefits
· Assist clients with claims processing and policy inquiries
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements & Assets:
· Alberta General Level 2 Insurance Agent License required
· Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines Broker experience required
· Performance-driven, team player with exceptional organizational skills
· Positive and professional, can-do attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
· A strong desire to learn and grow within the company
· Experience using Power Broker, Power Quote, and insurer portals would be asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
