We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter’s Helper to join our team. 2 years experience required. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who already has basic carpentry skills and is looking to grow in the trade while working closely with an experienced carpenter.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with residential and/or light commercial carpentry projects
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials
- Support installations (framing, trim, drywall, etc.)
- Carry out tasks in a safe manner
- Maintain a protected, clean and organized job site
- Follow instructions carefully and contribute to a smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on carpentry experience (formal or informal)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- A calm, humble attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Ability to work and be productive on their own for short periods of time

- Interact with clients and trade partners with a respectful and kind manner
