**Warehouse Supervisor**
As the Warehouse Supervisor at CTS Global Logistics Inc., you will lead all facets of our Distribution Center operations within a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role requires a strong sense of urgency and accountability for managing and optimizing complex warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to our stringent standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the FBA overseas warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
- Develop and improve warehouse management systems, operating procedures, and work specifications, and supervise their implementation.
- Reasonably arrange the work tasks of warehouse staff to improve work efficiency and quality.
2. Inventory management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and reasonable inventory and avoid shortages and overstocks.
- Organize regular inventory counts and deal with inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Logistics coordination
- Maintain good communication with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and other partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Optimize logistics distribution plans to reduce logistics costs.
. Team management
- Recruit, train, and assess warehouse employees to improve the overall quality of the team.
- Motivate employees and create a good working atmosphere.
5. Data analysis and reporting
- Analyze warehouse operation data to provide decision support.
- Regularly report warehouse operation status to superior leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in logistics management, supply chain management, etc. are preferred.
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in managing overseas warehouses and be familiar with Amazon platform logistics rules.
3. Possess strong organizational, coordination, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in office software and have good data analysis skills.
5. Fluent in English & Mandarin and be able to communicate effectively with overseas teams.
