Blackline Safety is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, your contributions will support our brand across a variety of print and digital formats including key presentations, integrated campaigns, web site content, sales collateral and more.

With your proven track record of excellence and a thorough working knowledge of digital design, you'll be responsible for creating engaging designs that elevate our brand and marketing. You're passionate about translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, always ready to advise on strategies to reach audiences, and convey messages.
What you'll do?
As a creative services team member, you'll work collaboratively with other creatives including the art director, copywriters, video editors and content specialists as well as internal stakeholders and decision makers as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop consistent on-brand creative assets, ensuring that all content adheres to the brand identity – including advertising, presentations, web pages, social media graphics, brochures, signage, eBooks etc.
Create graphics, design elements, and treatments that convey compelling messages designed to convert and drive action across all mediums
Develop and propose creative prototypes/solutions to improve user experience through overall design, navigation, interactivity, and layout of digital content.
Participate as a 'big idea generator' providing expertise in graphic treatments required to support campaign objectives
Gain approvals by presenting designs, images, layouts, mock-ups, and final artwork and effectively respond to feedback
Ongoing research and awareness on design, web, social media, video, and software trends; actively apply and share best practices with the team
Work closely with marketing strategists, agencies on emerging brand strategies and visual communications
Other design duties as required
Requirements:
5+ years' experience (agency or in-house) with a solid portfolio
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro), Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of responsive web design best practices
Ability to concept, present, execute and complete all production of sales and marketing content
Ability to take creative direction and work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment managing multiplate projects at a time with tight deadlines
Understanding of B2B marketing and capacity to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and execution
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail – especially when it comes to small details in your design work and final file production
Experience communicating rationale for creative outputs to multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience with HubSpot CMS platform a plus
