The Role
Keep our fleet running safely and reliably. You’ll work on excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and rock trucks supporting active construction projects.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
- Perform routine maintenance (oil, filters, inspections)
- Complete repairs and component replacements
- Test equipment and complete work orders
- Support preventative maintenance and keep a clean, safe shop
What You Bring
- Heavy Duty Mechanic Experience
- Red Seal (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills—you can troubleshoot, not just swap parts
- Experience with heavy construction equipment
- Independent, reliable, and safety-focused
