Role Overview

In this role, you will be a vital part of our back-of-house operations, responsible for high-quality food preparation, cooking menu items to our exact standards, and maintaining a pristine, safe kitchen environment. Core Responsibilities
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations efficiently.
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently according to established recipes.
- Kitchen Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace at all times.
- Inventory Control: Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation utilizing the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and correctly operate standard commercial kitchen equipment.
- Teamwork: Assist with dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and other duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or as a line cook is required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and local health regulations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a high-volume kitchen.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a proven track record of strict punctuality.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with mandatory availability to work evenings and weekends.
