Job description
The ideal candidate is a reliable individual, residing in or willing to move to Montreal, that is organised and driven. Being an administrative assistant to an active team, you will be trusted to manage meetings, bookkeeping, calls and a variety of tasks. We are looking for another positive team member that has a knack for multi-tasking while maintaining a high level of detail. This is a flexible position, which may involve customer relationship building. The ideal candidate is passionate about the future of digital currency and technology.
Responsibilities:
● Organizing corporate books.
● Assisting with various administrative tasks and filings
● Helping organize schedules and meetings
● Organising reports and agreements.
● Maintaining customer relationships with existing and future customers.

Requirements:
● Completed a Bachelor's Degree in a related business field.
● Previous experience in an office environment, or related position.
● Detail-oriented.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability.
● Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
● Interest and/or understanding of technology and digital currency.
