Job Title: SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Communication and Customer Support:
- Act as a liaison between sales representatives and customers, managing follow-up communications via telephone and email.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, lead times, freight estimates, and expedite requests.
- Handle overflow incoming calls from customers requesting pricing or technical information.
- Order and Payment Processing:
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter information into company databases.
- Send invoices and collect payments.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Customer Interaction:
- Meet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Make outgoing calls to customers as directed by sales representatives and/or the sales manager.
- Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Rotate Saturday 10AM - 1 PM
