What You'll DoAccounts Payable & Financial Administration
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Manage accounts payable records and weekly cheque runs
- Reconcile company credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Purchasing & Inventory Control
- Source materials and communicate with vendors
- Monitor pricing and maintain supplier information
- Track inventory levels and purchase requirements
- Coordinate deliveries and material receipts
Payroll & Human Resources Support
- Assist with timesheet administration and payroll review
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate payroll information with external bookkeeping support
- Assist with onboarding and administrative HR functions
Office Administration
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Coordinate office activities and administrative processes
- Support health and safety initiatives
- Assist with company events and employee programs
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in daily team meetings
- Help develop and improve office procedures and SOPs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, office administration, or purchasing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting software, and business systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with QuickBooks, inventory systems, or Airtable is considered an asset
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or service environments is an asset
