Job Summary

As a Cook, you will be responsible for kitchen operations and kitchen management, ensuring food safety standards are met, and working with a team of kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality control.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning up after service.
Skills
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
