Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Bartender to join our dynamic team. Service Bartender is responsible exclusively for preparing and fulfilling drink orders placed by servers for guests seated in the dining or private room areas. This position does not interact directly with bar patrons and focuses entirely on efficiency, accuracy, and coordination with front-of-house staff to ensure timely beverage service. The Service Bartender operates from a designated service area behind the bar and maintains consistent communication with servers to manage order flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages requested by servers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service bar area.
- Restock ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
- Work closely with servers to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff professionally.
- Proficient with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
