What we are hiring for?

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for following up with customers who have indicated an interest in our services. This is a work from home position with warm leads provided.
  • The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset. All successful candidates can expect part-time hours with the possibility of hours leading into full time.
  • Hours of operation in Eastern time are from 8 am to 12 am Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 10 pm. You will be scheduled during these times and will be expected to work at least one weekend shift each month with the possibility to move to a preferred shift depending on performance.
  • Senior customer service agents have an opportunity to train and mentor new hires on exceptional customer service and operating systems (this includes providing praise and constructive feedback).
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience in customer service or a call center environment considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.
  • Must have a quiet work environment at home.
  • A personal computer (Windows 7 or higher/ Mac OS X) and USB Headset.
  • High-speed internet with a direct connection (no Wifi, Hubs or Satellite connections). Minimum speeds of 20mbps download and 10mpbs up.
