MASSAGE EXPERTS – Grasslands is Hiring!
Massage Experts Grasslands is looking for a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join their team of Experts at our thriving, health-focused clinic. Candidates with prior experience in sales, or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.
Our Clinical Coordinator Candidates are the first face and voice for Massage Experts Grasslands for our guests. They must be extremely well organized and fast-thinking. They must also be completely computer literate and able to multitask between various computer programs and clinic tasks seamlessly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
· Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
· Check in guests via our booking system
· Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
· Provide in-depth knowledge of the benefits of Club MEx membership to all non-member clients
· Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
· Complete billing to clients and insurance companies
· Daily financial reconciliation
· Ensure the clinic is clean and maintain laundry flow
· Other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager, Owner and Corporate Office
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Knowledge of or willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications, spa software, and basic cash / credit card transaction requirements
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent personal appearance
· Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
· Punctual and reliable
· Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
· Ability to multitask
· Work well independently as well as a team player
· Insurance processing experience an asset
