What we are looking for:
A motivated and driven team player taking a leadership role in a high volume and fast paced kitchen.
You will work in conjunction with the Kitchen manager to oversee daily operations. This will include insuring quick food service and enact cleaning protocols. Managing food consistency and labour controls.
