Junior Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Specialists with AV equipment and Printer/Copier installations, including setup, networking, and configuration.
- Act as a client-facing technical support representative for our products and services.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues, ensuring quality and performance standards.
- Perform quality checks on equipment including trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct performance, image quality, electronic and mechanical issues
- Complete routine preventative maintenance procedures following manufacturer guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork, integrity, and effective communication skills.
- Quick learner with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a professional, team-oriented setting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Experience with AV, office equipment, or VoIP systems is an asset.
