Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment to meet sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous serving experience a must. Bartending experience beneficial.
- Wine knowledge and training given preference
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
