Associate Financial / Insurance Advisor
The Associate Financial / Insurance Advisor is responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions, with a primary focus on life insurance, mutual funds, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation strategies. The advisor builds long-term client relationships while also supporting clients' broader insurance needs, including home, auto, and business coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Identify client needs and provide recommendations for life insurance, mutual funds, retirement, wealth accumulation, and financial protection strategies.
- Conduct financial and insurance reviews to identify opportunities and coverage gaps.
- Service existing clients, including policy changes, inquiries, claims support, and portfolio reviews.
- Grow the business through client retention, referrals, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
- Complete risk assessments and adhere to underwriting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice on life, wealth, home, auto, and business insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Mutual Fund License, Life License, and/or OTL License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in financial services, insurance, sales, banking, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Ability to provide professional financial and insurance advice tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
