Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic High-Ticket Closer to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with qualified prospects for next-generation web development and automated systems solutions in a B2B sales environment. This is a 100% commission-based position, with Uncapped earning potential ranging from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal.
You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, building strong client relationships, and guiding prospects through the closing process. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Build trust with prospects and confidently guide them through the sales process
- Negotiate terms and close high-ticket deals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine strategies that attract high-value, qualified prospects
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and strong organizational systems
- Clearly communicate product and service offerings in a compelling, consultative manner
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure long-term engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and transactions for reporting and forecasting
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in high-ticket closing, B2B sales, or similar consultative sales roles
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a consistent track record of closing deals
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience generating or converting high-quality leads through strategic outreach and sales processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of business
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Customer-focused approach with a strong emphasis on relationship building and long-term retention
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales management tools is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is considered an asset
