DUTIES
Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner.
Handle all incoming calls; screen and direct calls and take messages as required
Provide customer service over the phone and in person to our varying clients.
Liaison between office staff and on-site technicians, as well as installation support.
Create and maintain client list and client database, as well as service notes and directions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 10 years experience as an office administrator or similar role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - fluent in English is a must.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles -
