Service Consultant (Junior Service Advisor)Lakewest Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Consultant to join our Service Department.This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career as a Service Advisor. As a Service Consultant, you will support our Service Advisors, assist with internal customer communications, and help coordinate internal service department activities to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer follow-up.
- Support the internal BDC with service appointment scheduling and customer communications.
- Help manage internal repair orders and service department workflow.
- Contact customers regarding appointment reminders, vehicle status updates, and maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians and advisors to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required.
