Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner/Driver Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services while ensuring timely transportation between client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required. Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or laundry services is preferred, along with excellent time management abilities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen sanitation
- Manage laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized work schedules to ensure timely completion of cleaning appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or hospitality services preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to operate laundry equipment
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client locations throughout the day
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional service
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
