Providing on the job support to an individual with a developmental disability within their work setting in a fast food location Conception Bay South. Client works 12-16 hours a week including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Duties include working alongside individual providing support and motivation, modelling tasks, and ensuring work is completed to the required standard of the employer, as well as helping client to complete their required duties such as light cleaning, bringing orders to customers, and other duties as assigned.
Looking for a reliable, patient person who is understanding and compassionate and able to provide motivation when needed. Must be able to provide a clear Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire. Minimum academic requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent. Related training or work experience considered an asset.
$17.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.
