Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas of the hotel in accordance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and guest service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Replenish guest amenities, towels, and room supplies.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
- Remove soiled linens, room service trays, and garbage from guest rooms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is considered an asset.
- Possess a warm, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and serving others.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
