Temporary / Floater Security Guard – Condominium Security
Location: North York, Toronto, ON
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shield Security Group is currently hiring Temporary / Floater Security Guards for a residential condominium community in North York, Toronto.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work opportunities and who are able to work a variety of shifts as operational needs arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct light foot patrols of the property every hour
- Document patrol findings and activities in site reports
- Monitor the property for safety and security concerns
- Work cooperatively with front desk concierge staff
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Contact emergency services, property management, or other authorities when required
- Provide professional customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous condominium or concierge security experience is considered an asset
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
- Various shifts available based on operational requirements
