I-Nosh is a growing Canadian confectionery brand specializing in healthy, date-based truffles. Our products are available in health food stores across the GTA, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable and detail-oriented team members to support our production operations.
We’re Hiring
We are currently hiring 4 Part-Time Production Associates to work in a certified commercial food facility.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with food production, food manufacturing, commercial kitchen, or packaging experience who are looking for flexible weekend work, with the potential for ongoing part-time shifts as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Work at a dedicated production station during the shift
- Prepare and package healthy confectionery products
- Use weighing scales and basic kitchen equipment
- Assemble boxes and pack finished products
- Safely use cutting tools and food preparation equipment
- Follow production instructions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards
- Work efficiently as part of a small production team
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, commercial kitchen, or packaging is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Able to stand for most of the shift
- Comfortable with regular bending and light physical work
- Able to lift light boxes up to 10–15 kg
- Comfortable using basic kitchen tools, equipment, and sharp cutting tools
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation or be able to commute to the facility
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Please note: This role involves handling food ingredients, including dates and tree nuts.

First Shift Details
Date: Friday, July 4
Time: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Mississauga, ON L4W 1Z1
Major Intersection: Matheson Blvd E & Dixie Rd
Breaks
- Two 15-minute unpaid breaks
- One 30-minute paid lunch break
Additional Information
This will be our first production shift. Successful candidates will be added to our on-call production roster for upcoming weekend shifts based on production needs. There is strong potential for ongoing part-time opportunities as the company grows.
