We’re looking for a Lead Roofing Spray Technician to join our growing roof rejuvenation company. This is not a typical roofing job.
You’ll be working on mainly residential roofs applying advanced treatment systems that extend roof life by 10–15 years. The work requires confidence on a roof, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. This job is perfect for anyone looking to step out of the roofing grind (hard physical labour) into something easier on the body with better compensation.
This is a lead role with room to grow as our company scales.
Must be willing to travel.
This is for you if you are/have:
- Experience working on roofs (roofing, exteriors, or similar)
- Strong awareness of roof safety and ladder work
- Reliable and shows up on time, every time
- High attention to detail and takes pride in work
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to lead a job without being micromanaged
- Physically capable (but not heavy labour like full roofing tear-offs)
- Comfortable working long days during peak season (summer/fall)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
