Whether you grew through the ranks as a Technician or an Advisor…You. Love. Service. They told you “If you love service so much, why don’t you marry it?” but you heard “why don’t you manage it”. Now here we are. However, you got to this point in your career, we’re so incredibly glad you did, because we’re about to rock your world.
Join our amazing team and community as the Service Manager for Country Ford in Wilke, Saskatchewan.
We’ll be blunt, we’re seeking an awesomely, talented people person. One who swats complaints away like a fly and motivates their team like a sports movie icon to hit unprecedented goals. Be part of something larger. A family-friendly community that feels like you’ve gone back to a real quality of life. One where you can walk to a neighbour’s house and enjoy the outdoors, year-round. A whole new world of fun and adventure is within your reach. And for the right person, we’ll even throw in a relocation fee to make sure you join us. Afterall, it’s time to have a little FFUN.
What’s in it for you.
Industry Leading Pay Plans – It’s a great feeling when your pay matches what you know you’re worth. We’ll take good care of you. But grow your store and you’ll be rewarded handsomely on a very aggressive bonus structure.

Health & Dental – You’re going to have a smile on your face every day, so we better make sure to keep it pretty.
Giving Back – From Hospital Foundations to local sports teams, we want everyone to have a little more FFUN in their lives.
Bright clear sky of a prairie, so wide only the heavens could frame it. A sky alive each morning with the fire of the rising sun. Tree-lined streets and friendly faces. Did that paint a detailed picture of Wilkie? It still doesn’t sell it enough. All the amenities you could want, with a small-town feel. Engrossed in nature with room abound for all your motorized toys, yet just an hour and change drive to Saskatoon. We could go on and on about it. But let’s get back to the role for now.
What you’ll be doing.
The Service Manager role is one of leadership. Working side by side to support, train and guide your Advisors and Technicians, while setting monthly and annual goals you’ll crush like a bug alongside the rest of the dealership management team and Dealer Partner. This role drives the smooth operations and financial performance of the service department. Staying on top of budgets and expenses, and keeping in front of our customer’s service needs and wants. You’ll attract and retain great talent by scheduling to the needs of each team member and verifying their quality of work is up to your high standards. Sure there might be stressful situations, but you’re built of Teflon and with communication skills that could make even The Rock blush, you’ll navigate your way through with flying colours.
We keep things simple, measuring your performance on achieving and exceeding:
Targeted revenue numbers
Targeted expense management
Targeted employee retention
Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index
A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for:
Relevant service management experience working with anything that has motor (land or water)
Strong financial acumen, beyond just using the calculator app on your phone
Passion and enthusiasm, not just for the sweet products you service, but for inspiring your team
Professional mechanic experience is an asset
Must have Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
What it’s really like to work here.
We’re an automotive and recreational retailer with over 25 locations across Canada and one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. At FFUN, we do things a bit differently. There’s no corporate nonsense. Instead, we work in dozens of self-sufficient, business units. Think of them like start-ups within a start-up, that learn from each other.
Get the chance to own your department with tons of guidance and heaps of support from talented, super-smart colleagues from all over the country.
We’re going to be upfront – the way we work doesn’t suit everyone. But if freedom, autonomy and life-affirming, head scratching professional challenges rock your world, we could be a match made in heaven.
