Here, you would work both sides of the business - serving customers at the counter, closing sales over the phone, and keeping the warehouse running - all while growing with a company that's just getting started.
The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Warehouse Associate who can do it all - pull orders in the warehouse, help contractors find what they need at the counter, and build relationships over the phone with customers who count on us to come through. This isn't a strictly warehouse job or strictly a sales job - it's both, and the right person will thrive wearing both hats.
What You’ll Own
· Assist walk-in customers at the counter with parts lookups, product recommendations, and order fulfillment
· Handle inbound and outbound sales calls — answering questions, quoting prices, and following up on orders
· Pick, pack, and organize warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently
· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on what the customer actually needs
· Support the General Manager with purchasing, receiving, and inventory counts
· Help onboard and assist new customers, building rapport that keeps them coming back
· Keep the branch clean, organized, and running smoothly day to day
What We’re Looking For
· 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical supply, or a related trade distribution environment preferred
· Comfortable on the phone — you can build a relationship and close a sale without being in the room
· Strong customer service instincts with a knack for problem-solving under pressure
· Organized and reliable in a warehouse setting — you take accuracy seriously
· Hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
· HVAC product knowledge is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Compensation
· $20 hourly rate + commission structure tied to sales performance
