SHORT DESCRIPTION
Technosub is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our sales force in Prince George. The Technical Sales Representative works under the supervision of the Technosub – Sales Manager. His or her main mandate is to promote the full range of Technosub products and ensure a growth in sales in the territory. The candidate will support the customer base by providing technical support as well as application analysis in pumping requests.
- DETAILED DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the representation of the Technosub products lines for the BC territory;
- Resolve dewatering challenges and develop new business opportunities;
- Share technical knowledge on products and ensure application analysis;
- Maintain and develop good business relationships;
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Ensure contract management;
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable;
- Contribute to training and to the growth of our clients;
- Establish the schedule and priorities in collaboration with Sales Coordinators to ensure delivery as quickly as possible;
- Offer support to colleagues in the Prince George branch and ensure regular presence there;
- All other related tasks.
TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
Three (3) to five (5) year experience in industrial sales with strong knowledge of the mining industry.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a valid driver's license as well as a good driving record;
- Strong skills in both spoken and written English;
- Ability to communicate with internal customers;
- Knowledge of the mining or industrial territory are an important asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The candidate will frequently be required to travel throughout the territory;
- The candidate will be responsible for representing Technosub at various Trade Shows.
