Join the Monarch Dentistry Team! We are looking great Team Members to join our North York Location.
The ideal candidates for our clinic is a multi-tasker who values playing their part for the team. We are looking for someone who provides outstanding treatment to our valued patients.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact to patients, particularly through welcoming and hosting in-person, over the telephone, and through email, with a view to deliver outstanding customer/patient service
Co-ordinate appointments, fill vacancies in schedule and co-ordinate schedules
Manage patient inquiries, complete referrals, liaise with other offices in a clear and concise manner
Bill patients and their insurance companies and maintain accurate patient accounts.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients.
Maintain patient files, charts, and reports, and enter data into the Electronic Records system
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist
Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Punctual and reliable
Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients
Experience with Dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
