Chislett Asphalt Roofing Ltd., a family-owned roofing company with more than 40 years of experience serving Southern Ontario, is looking for a dependable AZ Truck Driver to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Transport roofing materials and equipment to job sites across Southern Ontario.
- Safely load, secure, and unload roofing materials.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation.
- Follow all MTO regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and site supervisors.
- Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence.
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
- Previous AZ driving experience preferred.
- Experience with flatbed trucks is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading when required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
