The Role:
As our Fashion Marketing Strategist, you’ll be at the helm of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth for both The Loft and our clients. This role blends strategic thinking with a creative edge, grounded in data-driven insights and trend awareness within fashion e-commerce. You’ll bring a deep understanding of digital marketing and a keen eye for aesthetics that resonate and convert. Your day-to-day will involve building and adapting multi-channel strategies, creating high-converting copy across platforms, and collaborating with our team to ensure every detail aligns with brand vision and goals.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in e-commerce, specifically for fashion brands
- Strong writing skills, capable of producing brand-aligned, engaging, and conversion-driven copy
- Deep understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Proven experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
- Fashion marketing diploma or certificate is an asset
- Ability to work autonomously and execute confidently with minimal oversight
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and lead comprehensive marketing strategies for all clients and The Loft, from concept to execution
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, adjusting as needed to drive continuous growth
- Develop strategic, on-brand copy across email, social, influencer marketing, and paid ads channels
- Act as a trendsetter in fashion marketing, constantly identifying opportunities for client growth
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Strategist, Social Media Manager, Photoshoot Coordinator, In-House Stylist, Email Marketing Manager, and Paid Ads Manager to ensure strategic alignment and execution to your vision
- Communicate directly with clients regarding all aspects of their strategy to ensure their goals are met and expectations exceeded
- Create month-end analytics reports for clients to assess performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing growth
