We are looking for enthusiastic Genset Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the smart grid and micro-grid sector.
Responsibilities:
- Perform wiring and connection setup between generator controllers and generators, followed by testing and debugging.
- Program and troubleshoot generator controllers, including PLC and logic programming.
- Develop custom control panels, including wiring and component selection.
- Configure and manage communication and control for the entire microgrid system, ensuring seamless interaction between generators and other components.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to control systems and generator performance.
- Create detailed documentation, schematics, and manuals for the developed systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with generator control systems.
- Strong understanding of generator mechanics (electrical), engine operations (mechanical), and control systems (logic programming).
- Proficiency in generator controller programming and logic design.
- Hands-on experience in control panel building and wiring.
- Familiarity with various generator control platforms including Deep Sea, ComAp, Woodward.
- Knowledge of generator synchronization, load sharing, and power management systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Experience in integrating control systems with SCADA and HMI interfaces.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
